Description

Hi, we're Greta and Finn we are currently travelling through Chile and South America for the next few months!

Finn is from England, and Greta from France and Germany but we have both been living in Amsterdam for the past few years. Greta just finished her history bachelor and is now taking some time off from studying to travel, and Finn is doing a part-time online master in psychology. We're up for the occasional adventure, meeting new people and getting involved in whatever is going on. We enjoy doing some manual work, and spending time outside in the nature! We're both outgoing and enjoy having a social life, but we like quiet moments just as much.

We've been travelling quite a bit, and spent the last summers hitchhiking through Europe. This allowed us to meet lots of great people, and to discover some really nice places. Hoping to find the same in South America.

Greta's native languagues are French and German and she studied in English. She can teach all three languages (conversation + basic grammar and vocabulary). Finn is native English speaker and is always open to help other practice and improve their language skills. We are both very keen on learning to speak Spanish and will take part in a one week Spanish course to learn the basics. After that, we hope that exchanges and discussions will allow us to improve throughout our trip.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

We both have basic diy skills and know how to use basic tools, we've done some small renovation works in our own houses and we enjoy learning more about it.
We've also been active in different social centres and neighbourhood centres with community kitchens, free food distributions, etc. so we're used to cook for large amounts of people. We've organized events: movie screenings, concerts, discussions, skillshares etc. and enjoy working together with people to make something happen.

Finn has worked with goats (milking, building parks, herding), chickens, and horses (basic care) and has some experience with agricultural work (planting, harvesting, plant care). He's working in online marketing so he can help with being found on Google, updating websites, marketing e-mails, advertisement etc.

Greta has been working in a hostel in Amsterdam (bar and breakfast) for the last year. In addition, she enjoys movies and moviemaking and has had some jobs filming concerts and doing interviews. She knows how to use professional cameras as editing software.
