Hey, I’m Fides, 19 years old and I have just finished school and am now craving an experience that is completely different from everything I have done over the last few years.
I am a very open-minded person and gain a lot of energy from meeting new people. I find it fascinating to learn about different cultures and ways of life. My friends often describe me as a positive person who is comfortable being herself and makes the people around her feel welcome. They also see me as reliable and determined to make things work.
Being active is very important to me. I enjoy working out and spending time with my friends. At the same time, I also appreciate quiet moments and love reading a good book.
My family means everything to me, and being away from them is the only part of this adventure that makes me a little nervous. At the same time, I know that stepping out of my comfort zone will help me grow, and I am excited for everything this experience has to offer.

Since German is my native language, I would be happy to teach it to anyone who is interested in learning it. I am also fluent in English, so I would be able to help others improve their English as well. At the same time, I am excited to learn new languages myself. I am especially interested in learning Māori, but I would also love to improve my French or even learn a completely new language.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I enjoy cooking, baking, and experimenting with new recipes. I also like gardening and planting, and I enjoy working with my hands.

I am very good with children and love spending time with them. For the past three years, I have been teaching both a trampoline class and an athletics class. I could also imagine teaching others my native language, German.
I have been horseback riding for ten years, so I am confident handling horses and taking care of them. I also enjoy repairing and maintaining my bike. Together with my dad, I renovated my room, including painting the walls, installing a new floor, and assembling new furniture. These experiences have taught me that I enjoy practical work and solving problems.
At the same time, I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges. I am excited to gain experiences that I can benefit from throughout my life.
