Description

Hello! My name is Esra Nur, I’m 23 years old and I’m from Istanbul, Türkiye. I recently graduated (June 2026) from Istanbul Medeniyet University with a degree in English Language Teaching.

I’m a friendly, caring, and curious person who enjoys learning about different cultures, meeting new people, and exploring new places. Having lived in different cities and experienced different environments throughout my life has helped me become adaptable, open-minded, and respectful towards different lifestyles.

I have experience working with children through private English lessons, babysitting, and educational activities. As a future English teacher, I truly enjoy spending time with children, creating fun learning experiences, playing games, and supporting their development.

I’ve also had the chance to gain international experience through cultural exchange programs. I volunteered as an English teacher in Torino, Italy, with AIESEC, and later joined Workaway in Switzerland, where I experienced daily life with a local family. These experiences strengthened my love for cultural exchange and connecting with people from different backgrounds.

Besides English and Turkish, I’m currently learning French and German, and I’m interested in improving my Italian as well. I believe languages are one of the best ways to understand people and cultures.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching films and series, following football, learning languages, traveling, and discovering new places. I love both quiet moments and new adventures!

I’m patient, caring, and I love building positive connections with children.

I’m fluent in Turkish and English, and I’m currently learning French, German, and Italian. I would be happy to help with language exchange. I also enjoy cultural exchange and sharing my background, traditions, and everyday life while learning from other cultures as well.

I’m a responsible, organized, and adaptable person. I’m happy to help with household tasks, keeping things tidy, and supporting daily routines. I can also help with simple cooking and preparing basic meals. Living in different places and meeting people from different backgrounds has helped me become open-minded, flexible, and comfortable in new environments.
