Description

I enjoy being outdoors and trying new things. Horses are my passion. I grew up on a mountain on an island so I like hiking, kayaking, swimming, and I did a bit of sailing. I always try to have a garden so I can grow vegetables and be surrounded by flowers. I have always loved spending time with animals. I grew up with dogs and horses, and I developed a passion for horseback riding which led me to compete in Canada, Oman, and Qatar. I like hiking and traveling, exploring new places whenever I can. I work well in a team, but am also comfortable handling tasks on my own. I have always been very independent and I am never shy to try something new or challenging.
I am an English teacher, so I have good people skills. I have also lived in 7 different countries and travelled to more, so I get along easily with new cultures.
Overall, I am happy to help in a variety of tasks. I am definitely someone who pulls her own weight, asks "how can I help?" and once I've learned the ropes I am comfortable taking on initiative.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am an English teacher, so I have great communication skills.
I have been riding horses and competing for most of my life.
I am a sporty person, so can handle physical tasks and I know how to work as a team as well as be self-motivated.
I have kept vegetables gardens, as well as chickens and goats, so I know my way around a farm. I also like diy tasks and re-purposing materials to build something useful or interesting.
I have lived in 7 countries, so I can get along in any situation.

I can drive manual and have a lot of off-road/desert crossing experience, so I can drive on any terrain, sleep on any ground, and make a fire.
I get really proud when my hands have rows of calluses.
I am 39 which I think means I am wise enough to get along with different people and their different quirks, but I am also young enough and have been active my whole life that I can help with any physical task.
