Hi, I'm Emma (48, oddball) travelling with my dog, Jackie (1, Dachshund) in a van I built last year.
I love working with plants, animals, food, and timber. I'm a cook and a teacher by trade. I set up and lived on a small farm in my thirties.
I love to forage, fly fish, build useful things from salvaged material, and to bring people together around a meal. The rhythm and community of rural living feels right to me.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

In my twenties and thirties I taught bridge and ran my own catering company. Then I bought a small piece of land near Oberon in NSW, Wiradjuri country. I spent a decade there, learning to grow, forage and preserve. And learning how to make the things I needed from what was nearby. I had no instruction so my building skills are super agricultural, so to speak. In building my van I've learned more about electrical and plumbing too.
