Hi everyone,
I’m Emilia!! I’m an enthusiastic and joyful girl. I’m 22 and I come from Italy, I just graduated in Genomics (something like bioinformatics) and I decided to take some time off to travel and immerse myself in new cultures.
I'm an open-minded person who loves connecting with people and having meaningful conversations. I truly believe that every person you meet along the way has something valuable to offer, whether it’s a lesson, a story, or a new perspective. I’m constantly amazed by the beauty of the world around me and I want to experience it as much as possible, both in terms of people and places.
Emotionally, I live with deep intensity, feeling everything to its fullest. While this is a core part of who I am, I’m also on a journey to find balance in my life, learning how to embrace my emotions without being overwhelmed.
I’m a scout girl and, among many other things, this made me a very easy-going person, I don’t need any particular comfort and I adapt well to the situation around me. Scouting also gave me many opportunities to volunteer, most of the time being in strict contact with children and I also worked for a few years as a babysitter.
I love being hands-on, and I’m moved by a desire and willingness to learn. Whether it’s something I’ve never tried before, I’m always eager to give it a try. I’m fascinated by the DIY approach because I believe it will allow me to challenge myself, push my creativity and develop practical skills that I can use in my everyday life.
I’m excited about the adventures ahead and the opportunity to grow through new experiences. I look forward to meeting and sharing this journey with you all! :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As mentioned above, I had many experiences with children, ranging from helping in after-school to taking care of them as a babysitter.
I like to do all the things that involve getting my hands dirty, like building things and repair other. I'm quite good in cooking (i'm Italian ;)) and I can also help with general house chores and maintenance.
While my experience with plants is limited, I’m eager to learn and find the world of gardening increasingly fascinating.
I’m open to any task you need help with and am excited to dive into new challenges and contribute wherever I can.
