Description
Hey I'm Emelie,
I'm traveling for a year now after finishing up school this summer! I was very lucky and got the possibility to travel a lot as a kid.
I'm at my happiest when travelling, experiencing new countries and cultures. I love trying new things and excel at my already known hobbies. My dream is to study Marine Biology, so I love to be at the Ocean. In general having water around me is one of my greatest joys. You will have trouble getting me out of the water ;). I also love animals. I grew up with a dog and spend a lot of time at farms, because I used to go horse riding and always loved the outdoors. My mum took me traveling from an early age and we used to hike and snorkel and do everything outdoors. I'm an outgoing person and I love spending time with my friends. When I'm at home I love to cook and read a book. I recently started surfing (I would definitely need tutoring at that because I kind of suck, but I really love it) and freediving. So there's always a lot going on.
So I'm really looking forward to learn tons of new exciting stuff...;).

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have certifications in SCUBA and Freediving, as well as a Red Cross Lifeguard. I love to take photos, it's a passion of mine since I got a camera one Christmas. I also used to waitress. I know how to take care of animals, as I've done it my whole life. I also had a woodworking class in school where I built a few things on my own. I've went on working holidays in Norway and helped with taking care of the huskies and the farm. I also went on a shark diving expedition where I learned a few things about scientific work in the marine field and participated in a turtle research program for a year and did data collection in that field as well. I lived alone with my mum my whole life so I'm used to moving furniture or painting walls, or even fixing small things. I did an internship in a animal clinic and learned a few things about animal care. To wrap this up I love to learn new things and I'm also a fast learner I'm good with people and used to hard work outside and inside. I always look forward to approve my skills and learn new ones.

I love to dance even though I've never taken a lesson I would be thrilled to learn and I love to cook with friends or play board games. My favorite one is the "settlers of catan" ( be careful I tend to win ;)) I also have a motorcycle license and love to drive. I'm up to almost everything just ask and I'm down.
