Hello there!

It is nice to meet you! My name is Else
and I'm a twenty-three-year-old woman from the Netherlands. In July 2022 I completed my bachelor's degree in education (primary school teacher). After my graduation, I took a year off and traveled to Singapore and Malaysia. From February to July, I was an au pair in Brussels.

I am taking another year off and would like to take this year as an opportunity to see Europe and myself from a different perspective. This year I want to put myself out there and do something completely different! Consider me a beginner who would love to learn!! I would love to meet new people, see new places, and discover new interests. I have already experienced a work-a-way in Vietnam and Malaysia and had a great time! Hopefully, the next period will bring me new exciting experiences. I’m already excited!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Most of my skills excited around working with children. From the age of 12 I have been working with children. I started with assisting in dance and gymnastic classes and ended up doing that for ten years. Besides that I have quite some experiences in the classroom. The last four years I have been learning how to teach children from the age of four till twelve. During this bachelor I have been in a classroom for two days a week. In the summer of 2019 I went to Vietnam for a work-away. During this summer I was teaching the children English together with a Vietnam teacher. I had a splendid time and learnt so much from them! And last but not least, my au-pair experience in Brussels last year. The chance to see children in a different light, at home, was refreshing!

Besides teaching I have been working for a cleaning company in the summer vacations . I had to clean kitchens, do the dishes and refill soda machines. In the summer of 2020 I worked on a camping in France. This work excited of cleaning, doing games with children and helping in the restaurant.

Even thought my skills are limited to working with children and in a household, I'm willing to learn! I consider myself an open-minded and positive person who is ready for her next adventure!
