Hi!
I’m Noel, a 24-year-old forestry student passionate about sustainability, conservation, and the beautiful complexity of nature. Currently, I’m studying "International Forest Ecosystem Management " in Germany. This program lets me combine hands-on skills with ecological theory, preparing me to tackle environmental challenges.

I’m currently interning at a forest Institute in Quebec Canada, contributing to forest biodiversity and sustainable management research. My work involves field studies, data analysis, and applying practical tools for forest measurements.

Behind my studies, I’m a person who prefers quiet hikes over loud parties, a campfire under the stars over crowded clubs. I find joy in cooking, woodworking, and exploring the natural world. Whether building or renovating, volunteering with wildlife, or growing vegetables, I love projects that connect with nature and create meaningful impact.

Wherever I go, I aim to learn and collaborate—always with a sense of curiosity and care for the world around me!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Thanks to my travels, Workaway experiences, and personal projects, I’ve gathered a wide range of life skills. While I might not be a professional expert, I love diving into new challenges and learning by doing. Unfortunately, I don't have any references yet since I always used a couple account together with my girlfriend.

Do It Yourself:
From woodwork to renovations, I enjoy crafting both at home and during Workaways. I’ve built chicken coops, compost systems, and even renovated an old camper van for adventures. I’m no master carpenter, but I know my way around tools and love seeing a project come to life—especially when it works and looks good!

The Cuisine Is the Soul of the People:
Cooking is one of my favorite creative outlets. I’m an adventurous eater and love experimenting with recipes, connecting with people through food, and tasting the world one dish at a time. It’s amazing how much culture you can learn with just a fork in hand.

Happiest With Animals Around:
Animals have always played a huge role in my life. I grew up with a therapy dog, a cat, and a backyard full of chickens, geese, and turkeys. I’ve also worked on a Canadian ranch (cows, horses, chickens, and dogs), helped at a UK wildlife hospital, and volunteered at a dog shelter in Bulgaria. Wherever there are animals, I’m at home.

Green Is My Favorite Color:
Gardening is my meditation. While I’m no pro, I’ve been putting my hands into the soil, growing my own vegetables like zucchini, tomatoes, and carrots. My forestry studies have deepened my understanding of plants (especially trees) and I'm always very interested in learning more about the cultivation of plants.

We Are the World:
Music brings me joy, whether it’s Colombian tunes, mainstream hits, or a bit of guitar playing (yes, I can strum Wonderwall at a bonfire). I also enjoy storytelling through content creation—I’ve made YouTube videos about my travels, blending creativity with adventure and did content creation for a company.
