This summer, I want to explore Scotland, camp and be outside as much as possible!

Description

I have been living in Glasgow for almost two years now. I am currently studying painting and fine art at the Glasgow School of Art. I am going into my final year of the course in September. I think eventually I would love to work with people and art. Whether that be facilitating workshops within communities or using art on a one to one level in a therapeutic way. Who Knows!! I guess I'll figure that out...

One of my aims this summer is to explore more of this beautiful and fascinating country. I have visited some of the countryside near Glasgow like the Isle of Arran and Loch Lomond but there is still so much of Scotland and haven't seen. I am realising more and more how much I love and need to spend time outside. As it makes me feel more calm and clear about what is important to me.

I am an outgoing and friendly but introverted (I think? it changes all the time hehe) person. I love to connect to people animals and the land and all of its history.

I am up for working hard and getting my hands a bit dirty!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have some experience of working with power-tools and mixing concrete and a bit of brick laying. I'm no expert though! :))

I did a Workaway last year in Bulgaria where I helped to build an outdoor kitchen with mud and did some light gardening.

I am a keen cook and love to work and be with animals.
