Hello!

My name is Emily and I'm from the south of England. I'm slowly travelling around the world and looking to take part in some amazing projects on the way 🌍

In the last couple of years I have been living abroad and travelling around parts of Europe, and most recently have been living in Wales. I've taken an interest in sustainable tourism and agriculture, and would love to learn more about these whilst exploring a new culture. I really value understanding the places and people around me, and feel confident that I could quickly adapt to any new team. I'm a very calm and patient person, and would love for us to share and combine our experiences ✨

I have recently been working in carbon footprinting and have a passion for sustainable development and supporting local communities. I am interested in learning more about implementing sustainable tourism measures and protecting natural spaces. I would love to get some long-term experience in these areas and eventually find a paid role these fields. I've volunteered at a few Workaways and other volunteer projects already, and taken away a range of practical skills, including garden/farm work, guest house work, refugee support, preserving foods and carpentry. I love to get stuck into jobs and learning new skills, so I'm happy to lend a hand in any project you have 🌻
