I am 24 years old and, my biggest passions in life are fishing, exploring, cooking and meeting people and experiencing different cultures. Growing up, I was deeply invested in having fun in or near the water. weather that meant fishing or searching for animals I hadn't seen before, chances were that if I had the time it would be spend emersed in wildlife. While I still loved to be outside (and still very much do) at some point I had to grow up and find a job, luckily, I found the amazing sub-culture of people that are to be found within the restaurant industry. I was 17 when I first began cooking professionally, and soon realized how grateful I was to be surrounded by all these amazing people who came from completely different walks of life. years latter, My passion for cooking became less focused on the food and more on the people that I could meet and learn from while working with them. Now I'm striving to push myself to see new cultures in a way that I've never done before and I couldn't be more exited.

I think language is beautiful and is a way to gain respect and insight about others in the region. I love to learn new words and phrases but I've always struggled to learn through traditional ways that are taught by the schools in the United States, through traveling I'm hoping the change in living environment can help me to learn the languages I'm interested in.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am well trained in culinary arts. I graduated from culinary school in addition to working in the industry for the last several years. Additionally, having spent so much time outside and taking college courses, I have a good understanding of wildlife, ecosystems, and sustainability. Lastly, I'm a very up kept person, I've been living on my own for 5-6 years now, with and without roommates, so keeping the house clean of dishes, laundry and clutter is second nature.
