Hi world, my name’s Dominika, traveling and exploring new places&culture is probably my biggest passion and I feel so lucky that I already explored many places while traveling with my family, friends and solo. I love traveling solo, experiencing everything and meeting new people by my own and I always felt like Workaway is the place that’s serving me this opportunity and would be a fresh air for my life and a direction I currently want to go.
I studied photography (I'm a professional photographer) so helping with creating content and documenting things is something I would definitely be the right person for. But there are, of course, many other things I would love to help with I’m open to any new experience and want to learn many new things, because what's better than expanding your skills, right? 🥳
I love learning more about gardening, and growing vegetables and fruits because I very like healthy bio foods.
I have a HUGE LOVE for animals 🐈🐶🐮🐔🦑🦥🐀 I’m not gonna lie, cats own my heart the most, but I also love dogs, rodents and so on, I love chickens (I think they are super cute). Same with cows, I don't have an experience with cows yet, but I find cows so beautiful. And fun fact: when I was 14 and my teacher wanted us to write down our life dream, I wrote that I want to milk a cow haha, and it’s still on my bucket list of course.
I've already done Workaway in Azores islands where I was helping with yurts, Workaway in meditational hospitality center in Italy where I helped with gardening, cleaning, helping people and just multiple tasks around the center. A Workaway in Denmark where I volunteered on a farm and I volunteered in a hostel in Sri Lanka. These experiences were absolutely amazing.
I’m a free spirit, small things make me happy, very open minded, talkative (I like to work with people), kind and energetic person. I enjoy dancing, yoga, meditation, philosophy, music, painting, green tea, bouldering, I'm a creative person, I deeply love art and I’m finally planning to learn how to surf.
Can’t wait for experiences and people Workaway’s gonna bring me. 🌞
