Description
I'm Dominika, I'm 29 years old and I'm from Czech Republic. Four years ago I quit PhD in critical sociology/journalism and majority of my life consists of travel now. Walking, hitchhiking, volunteering, living within communities, working seasonal jobs, making and selling crafts, getting to know people from all walks of life, living freely, writing books about it.
I don't want to just wonder around though and that's why I joined Workaway. I want to give back all I'm getting when I'm on the road. I'd like to help where I can, share my skills, gain new ones and live for a bit with people from different environments and walks of life. Work together, exchange life stories, cook, sing.

I worked at a hostel and in Airbnb flats, I worked at a reception, I was bartending, I know gardening (I grew up in a house with a garden), I can take care of a house and do some renovations (I helped renovating our cottage), I volunteered at an off-grid farm and I was a girl scout (I got some skills in DIY building project), I craft a lot.
