Quelles sont vos compétences ?

In NYC I was a bartender and server and worked in restaurants for almost 7 years. I am proficient in cooking as well (mainly for myself), but I am a quick learn. When I was a child I learned how to bake and several years ago I became proficient in the skill of creating brownies and cookies and muffins of all types. I am fluent in English and am learning more and more Spanish every day. One of my dreams is to be a writer which I practice a lot with poems and short stories. I have done a lot of physical work in the past, lifting or carrying or helping to build. I have worked in a warehouse restocking shelves of books and I have worked on construction sites as unskilled labor. I have worked on numerous farms in the Pacific Northwest and in Florida, Mexico and Belize.

I love reading and writing and exercising and art and music. Every morning I wake up and eat a big breakfast, then proceed to do some type of exercise or calisthenics or even a hearty walk to get my blood moving and wake my body up. Then my days are filled with learning of every type. If I am in a city, I enjoy museums and cooking classes and walking the streets soaking up the culture and architecture. I usually stop to eat several times, trying new dishes and learning what ingredients are used. Throughout the day, I stop numerous times to write down notes or prose if I am in the middle of a poem. I like to end the day with a hearty dinner and either live music or dancing. My nights are spent reading and/or preparing for the next day with research or planning. I am usually in bed at a decent hour so that I can wake up in the morning ready to take on the next day.
