Hello!

We’re Magda from the Czech Republic and Alan from Croatia. Magda is currently completing her master’s degree in physiotherapy and doing an internship at a hospital, while Alan works as a programmer. Despite our different professional backgrounds, we share a deep love for nature, hiking, camping, animals, and exploring new ways of living.

We’re open-minded, responsible, and eager to learn new skills and experience the world in a deeper, more personal way. We especially enjoy spending time with animals and are always happy to help care for them. One of our dreams is to learn more about horses and everything involved in their care. If possible, we’d also love the chance to learn how to ride and gain some insight into their training. But if not, that’s absolutely fine, we’d still be happy just to spend time around them!

We’re looking for a farm, homestead, or ranch where animals are treated with love and respect. We’d love to be part of a peaceful, nature-connected environment where we can contribute and learn something new each day. If you have such a place, we might just be the right people for you, and we’d be very grateful for the opportunity.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As we were both raised in small rural villages, we’re very comfortable with the lifestyle that comes with living and helping in the countryside. We have experience with a range of gardening tasks, including weeding, seeding, planting, preparing beds, and harvesting. We’re also familiar with caring for a variety of animals, both farm and domestic, such as cats, dogs, chickens, ducks, rabbits, pigs, and sheep.

We’re happy to help around the house, both indoors and outdoors, and we’ve been involved in several DIY projects, such as building a beehouse and a greenhouse, as well as making improvements to a garage. We’d also love to share some of our traditional dishes with our hosts, cooking together is one of our favorite ways to connect.

We’re not afraid to get our hands dirty and are always willing to work hard and learn new skills when needed. One of our dreams is to learn more about horses and how to care for them, and if possible, to learn how to ride as well. If you have horses and are open to teaching us, we’d be incredibly grateful for the opportunity.

When it comes to professional life, Magda is a physiotherapist with a passion for helping people feel their best, and Alan is a programmer who enjoys solving tech problems and building useful tools. So whether it’s a sore back or a computer that needs fixing - we’ve got you covered! 😄
