Description
Hey, I am Damian, 37 years old, from Germany. I have always loved to travel a lot and dive into new cultures. I have been experiencing Life for several months each in Australia, New Zealand, Zambia, Kenya and Chile in different occasions like Volunteering, Work and Travel and studying abroad. I've always loved the feeling of being in a completely new cultural context as it feels like being child again, learning and looking at things in a different and new way again.
I am looking forward to get to know heartwarming people to share, experience and exchange stories and learn from each other. I am currently speaking German, English and Spanish but my Spanish needs to be defrosted again a little so I am looking forward for it if the opportunity opens up here. Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I studied Social Work but it doesn't feel right to speak about specific skills. I would describe myself as an empathic and very caring person, especially when it comes to people in need. I am curious in learning new things and I love humour and laughter what from my experience is the best motor in creating relationships. Besides I like playing guitar and singing. I am looking forward to give a helping hand in anything that comes up, physical and social 🙂

I was volunteering there for first of all 2 weeks, then traveled a while and came back again for another 2 weeks because I loved it soo much. The place is full of love, both by the kids and the staff. I felt like home from the very beginning.
