Hello, I hope you're well! My name is Aleena... my calling in life is to help people in any way I can! This is one of the reasons I became a therapist (mental health) so I could show up for others in a way that's meaningful to me. Kindness, respect and empathy are very important to me and shape who I am; not only respect for every human, but also all beings and the beautiful world we live in! Sustainability and focusing on wasting less is also something I have been working on for the past few years and am happy to be more mindful about the space and place I hold.

I am currently taking a break from work to learn, explore and meet some wonderful people! I am excited to be in nature, learn about other cultures and traditions, lend a helping hand, and share my light.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I am willing to learn any new skills or build on existing skills! Not a hands on skill but empathy is at my core.

I have had a lot of experience around cats and am comfortable looking after most animals (I truly value them for the beautiful beings they are). A lot of light DIY jobs at home have been done by me (decorating, painting, assembling furniture)- I'm not worried about getting stuck in and getting my hands dirty if needed. I take pride in cleanliness and am good at doing household chores.

In the past I have worked in a nursery, as a barista, a retail assisstant, a hotel receptionist and a book seller! Always keen to learn and happy to help. I strive to complete tasks to the best of my ability.

Although I haven't given it the time I would like to recently, painting/ drawing and being creative are ways I like to spend my time. I also enjoy volunteering, hiking, being around animals, baking, watching movies and reading a wide range of books!

I have many dreams in life but a future one is to hopefully live in nature, off the land.
