Description

I perceive myself as a human animal learning to love, to be human and to love being human, exploring and enjoying this magnificent adventure of being mortal. The sun and water are my gods and my religion is breathing. I have taken care to cultivate in my path joy, (because I love to laugh), gratitude, presence in the present, respect, patience, simplicity and lightness. I am convinced that everything we do with love becomes medicine, I like to learn new things and everything I do I try to do the best I can and not to spare any effort, I think those are some of the qualities I have been learning to move harmoniously around obstacles. In this present of my life, harmony is one of the things I value the most.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I studied plastic and visual arts, specializing in video art, performance and installations. I'm good at writing ideas, like to cook delicious vegan food, sing and play music.

I've lived long periods in two ashrams so meditation and yoga are part of my daily practice, i'm good at waveing and making crafts, at beautifying/harmonizing spaces, finding new orders.

I love sowing and gardening, know how to give massages, enjoy sports and everything that involves working with the body.
I honor silence but i'm also good at nourishing conversations.
Finally, I'm Reiki master, can also teach salsa dancing because i enjoy so much music and dancing and I am in a moment of my life in which I am open and I have all the willingness to learn and do new things enjoying the process. I am an easy person to get along with because I value respect and harmony a lot.
