Hi!! My name is Caterina and I'm a (soon to be) 22-year-old student who loves to travel and to meet new people.
I live in a small city in northern Italy, but my mother is german and she has passed down to me the love of embracing new cultures and languages, and I think that connecting with people outside from your own culture is always an enriching experience.

I'm a cheerful and enthusiastic person who loves children and all kinds of animals.
In my free time I love to take a walk in the nature to relax but I also enjoy reading, cooking, listening to music and playing board games or card games in company.
I am also a volunteer for research against cancer.
I study veterinary biotechnology therefore I know how crucial it is to reduce waste and be more eco-friendly while paying particular attention to the animal welfare.

I am keen to learn some more practical skills and I'm interested in learning more about organic farming and sustainable living.

This is my very first experience with Workaway, but I have travelled a lot in Europe and I always loved it!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have some experience with gardening because my family has a small vegetable garden and I love to help taking care of it.
I was a volunteer for 4 years in a parish where I took care for many children between 6 and 14 years old and I cooked for them and also organised games and activities and I loved it.
I live in Milan by myself to study so I know how to take care and clean a house :)
I consider myself a relatively good cook for my age and I'd love to cook some traditional italian food for you.
I'm a curious and adaptable girl so although I don't have many practical skills I'm open to try to do anything, even getting my hands dirty!
