Hi, I’m Carla! I’m seeking a simpler life, closer to nature, where I can explore new places and awaken the special connections that come from being grounded in the earth.

I’m 25, originally from Barcelona, and I’ve spent the last few years in the Canary Islands, where a calm, outdoor lifestyle became part of who I am.
Traveling makes me happiest—I love discovering new landscapes, meeting people, exploring different cultures, and truly connecting with the places I visit.

Many of my journeys have been slow adventures along the coast, walking long distances, camping on beaches, and enjoying life at a different pace.
I enjoy cooking and have dedicated myself to it for a long time. I also love gardening, DIY projects, and any hands-on work where I can help, learn, and contribute in a meaningful way.

I can’t wait to start my Workaway adventure, create unforgettable experiences, and cross paths with people I can learn from and share my skills with. I would love to be part of your project and contribute with energy, dedication, and a positive attitude—so I hope to hear from you soon!

I love working on practical, hands-on projects—whether it’s building, painting, restoring, or helping transform a space. There’s something fascinating about being actively involved in creating and improving things.

Gardening is another passion of mine. I grew up surrounded by gardens and countryside, and I’ve spent many years helping with planting, caring for flowers, vegetables, and orchards. Working with plants and the earth feels like a wonderful way to connect with nature.

I’m also a skilled cook, with over eight years of experience in professional kitchens. I enjoy preparing a variety of dishes and adapting to different tastes and dietary needs.

I’m really excited to be part of a project that inspires me, where I can give my best, contribute wholeheartedly, and learn while helping in meaningful ways

In my free time, I love slowing down and enjoying simple things. Reading and writing are a big part of my life—they help me reflect, learn, and express myself.

I’m also very active and enjoy being outdoors as much as possible. Hiking is something I’ve done often over the years, from mountain trails to long coastal routes, and it’s one of my favorite ways to connect with nature and explore new places. I really enjoy camping and spending time outdoors, doing sports, and staying active.

Creativity is also important to me, whether through drawing or painting, as it allows me to relax and express myself in a different way.
Overall, I enjoy balancing movement, creativity, and quiet moments, always looking for meaningful experiences and personal growth.
