Description

I'm a young and sporty guy who loves nature and making the most of my free time. In winter, you'll find me skiing or snowboarding – I’ve worked on the slopes for three seasons and absolutely love it.

Currently, I work as a salesman for sportswear and bikes. Over the last three summers, I worked in a bike shop, and that’s where my passion for bikes really took off.

Now, I'm setting off to travel the world by bike. Due to some past accidents, I have an injury that makes it hard to cycle for long stretches at once – that's why I’m looking to help out and stay with others along the way.

Oh, and I used to live with my seven best friends in a big, old restaurant – I really enjoy being around people!
My mum is Swiss and my dad is from Scotland, so I grew up bilingual and speak both languages fluently.

Right now, I’m on a bike trip from Switzerland threw Europa and making the best time out of it.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm free to do anything and always give my best. I enjoy working in and with nature and people – that's why I spent several seasons on the slopes as a park shaper and park designer. Creating and maintaining snow parks was both creative and physical work, and I loved it.

For my civilian service (military substitute), I worked on a farm supporting disability people, which turned out to be a meaningful and enjoyable experience for me.

While working at a bike shop, I learned a lot about bike mechanics and repairs. I enjoy fixingn things, reusing materials, and try to avoid throwing stuff away whenever possible.

I’m used to standing and being active all day long – and I don’t plan on changing that. I like physical work and staying on my feet.

I’ve also worked behind a bar and gained experience in hospitality through my gymnastics club and at a container bar I helped run for a while.

I’m into DIY projects and enjoy building or fixing things , especially when it involves giving old stuff a second life.
I also love to cook and eat alot all over the day.

I really enjoy the balance of active outdoor life and slow, shared moments – whether it’s biking a mountain or just chatting over something less important in life where I can learn.
