Hi, I’m Betül — a Belgian girl with Turkish roots, a big heart for the world, and an even bigger love for life. Nothing makes me feel more alive than traveling, connecting with people, and discovering the beauty in different cultures. My friends often call me their personal ball of sunshine — always full of energy, lifting spirits, and bringing good vibes wherever I go.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I bring a diverse set of skills and experiences that I’ve developed both through my education and in real-life settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, where I strengthened my abilities in communication, management, and problem-solving. I'm particularly strong in mathematics and languages — I speak Turkish, English, Dutch, French, and a bit of German.

During my studies, I had the chance to go on Erasmus in England, which not only improved my academic and language skills but also expanded my cultural awareness and adaptability. Currently, I work as a senior risk consultant, a role that has tested and refined my ability to stay calm under pressure, find solutions in complex situations, and remain positive and proactive even during challenges.

On a more personal level, coming from a big family with many young children has given me plenty of experience in caring for and teaching little ones — something I truly enjoy. I’m also actively involved in community work in my village, where I give testimonials and help raise awareness around inclusivity, disabilities, and cultural understanding. It’s important to me that we build a world rooted in respect, empathy, and connection.

Outside of work and travel, I love to stay active and have fun with the little things in life. Dancing is something that always lifts my spirits, and I recently picked up surfing — still learning, but completely hooked! This year, I also started roller skating... let’s just say I spend more time on the ground than actually skating, but I’m loving every second of it.

I enjoy creative moments too, like coloring to relax or belting out karaoke (even if I sound like a dying cat — it’s all about the fun, right?). Spending time with my family and going out with friends are things that bring me the most joy. I’m always up for a laugh, a challenge, and new adventures, no matter how small or silly they are.
