Hey!
My name is Berenike, I am 19 years old and I recently graduated German high school.
Now I am planning on doing a gap year in order to get to know other people and cultures, to help people and become more independent ☺️
I am motivated by my desire to help others, to make a positive impact in this world and I always strive to improve myself.
My family, my dog and my friends bring me a lot of happiness! :)
I also love learning about other cultures and am very passionate about languages!
Moreover, I am vegan so animal rights and compassion are important to me as well :)

I am currently working as Chef de Rang in a 5 star Hotel in the South of France

I am very passionate about languages! I am almost fluent in French and would like to further improve it. 🥰 I would love to learn Italian, though I do not know a lot yet. I am fluent in English, though it is not my mother tongue, I am always happy to practice! But in general, I am always happy to immerse myself into another language or culture.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

First of all, I think I could be of great help when it comes to animals. I have a dog that I care for and I am vegan, therefore the well-being of all animals is really important to me.
Furthermore, my grand-parents own a farm with chickens, sheep and goats, where I sometimes help.

Also, I have been working as a waitress for over 2 years now (as a mini job) and have therefore greatly improved my people-skills and ability to be responsible. 😊

My mother language is German, I am fluent in English and recently passed my CertiLingua, I am advanved/fluent in French and have justed started learning Italian. :)
I am always looking forward to intercultural encounters and would love to get to know your country and your language, as I am very passionate about it! I can help with the languages I know :)

In general I would say that I am very open-minded, patient, friendly and always eager to learn something new.

In addition, I can be of help regarding the internet, social media etc…, though I do not know of any specifics in tech😅
I would also be interestend in babysitting/ taking care of children, though I do not have a lot of experience with it.
