Description

I'm a Swede looking to do some travelling in the world this year. I like learning new things and meeting new people because you learn a lot about yourself then as well. I love animals and the outdoors, currently I live in Gothenburg, the second largest city in Sweden with my boyfriend of 12 years.
From 2014-2015, I worked as a chef at a vegetarian/vegan restaurant and I would love to help out by cooking fresh food! I also have a university degree in Food Service Management and Nutrition but these jobs are a bit scarce unfortunately so I guess I'm still trying to find my place in the world.
My dream would be to someday open my own bed & breakfast, sort of a relaxed retreat typ of thing, where I get to serve yummy good-for-you-food, and grow my own produce and where people can get to rewind from the increasing everyday stress, so I would love to learn more about these areas.
I also like animals a lot, it's pretty rural where my parents live and on the land surrounding their house, there are sheep, horses and cows. I've had cats since I was 5 and just recently adopted two adorable 8 year-old cat ladies :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I've worked as a chef at a vegetarian/vegan restaurant, and I have a degree in food service management and nutrition. In most jobs I've had I've been the fix-it-person when things break :) which I'm proud to say is one of my top skills. I can also do some gardening and have worked in hotels and retail so I'm also service-minded and think it's fun to help people find what they need.
I've also been teaching cooking classes in vegan cooking, vegan fine dining and raw food and it's been a great experience learning how to get people inspired and seeing the results!
When I was younger I worked as a caretaker at a cemetery, so I would love to help with gardening as well. Since I don't have a garden of my own living in an apartment I try to grow as many pretty things as possible on my balcony, and I also help out in my parents garden as much as I can.
