To whip up home-style meals in the most extraordinary and far-flung locations. More to the point, I'm Mitchell, a globetrotting culinary aficionado with a taste for adventure!

But my journey is far from over. I'm brimming with excitement about the prospect of meeting new people, sharing tales of my culinary escapades, and basking in the splendour of nature.

These experiences include animal care and home construction, thanks to my father's proficiency in carpentry. Additionally, I possess a talent for copywriting and word processing, as well as proficiency in website building and business management.

Volunteering has been a significant and fulfilling aspect of my life. While residing in the UK, I began my volunteering journey at a local community centre. In this capacity, I assisted in youth clubs, organized sports programs, and provided culinary guidance. Over time, my role evolved into a part-time job, underpinned by practical training and long-term commitments.

Simultaneously, I engaged in volunteer work at a local permaculture community allotment, where I contributed to both community and commercial projects. This experience allowed me to build connections within the community while promoting environmental sustainability.
