Gilles:
It never gets any easier to write about yourself, doesn't it?
But what needs to be done needs to done :)
What probably is my main driving force is a desire to learn, understand and experience. It can be being submerged in another language, the rich history of a place or people, a previously unknown culinary experience or finding out the different customs that exists.
In short, I'm a man of culture *tips hat*
There is also an innate desire to be a helpful contributor to a shared goal, a love for all animals since childhood and deeply wanting to experience alternate ways of living.
Of course, like most I like to unwind from time to time and enjoy what life has to offer.
All this combined is what brings me to this next stage and I hope to make some interesting memories through here.
Aurélie:
I am quite an adventurous and curious personality, rarely tired to discover anything.
But wherever I am, I like to find myself in places where there is a good vibe, with people taking care of each other, having sense of humour, being open-minded, or just sharing life stories, experiences,…I also really enjoy cooking something and sharing it, playing games, learning new skills, taking care of our earth, spending time in nature and around animal.
Finally the simple things of life.
Also, from time to time I like going for a walk by myself, or meditating, writing, … which helps me to recharge and regain focus.
I am very interested in wellbeing, from psychology to the properties and benefits of plants. I enjoy nature and animals a lot and always want to learn more!
I really enjoy music, if you play some instrument I’ll be glad to listen, or who knows, maybe participate if I’m not too shy 🙈.Centres d’intérêt

Gilles:
I am quite handy, not afraid to get my hands dirty and although not possessing any specific skill I am quite fast in picking up new skills and quickly comfortable handling equipment.
I can handle some physical work although not the most demanding, but have a logical mind and enjoy problem solving and thinking outside the box.
In my youth I spent many weekends and holiday on the farm my mother worked at and having grown up with pets all around me helped me develop a sense of intuition when working with them and in general just enjoy being around them.
In my twenties I worked within the Youth Red Cross as an animator and like being entertaining.
Aurélie:
As I’ve always been interested in plants, I start to know more (with my little experience), about the way to take care of them and their properties. I must say I like the challenge of transforming, cooking and being creative with them :)
I had the occasion to take care of some friend’s farm, plantation and animals, which I enjoyed and took seriously. I also had animals around about all my life so I appreciate to be around them.
I can be the little hands for almost all kind of work I would say.
Spending time in different farms made me aware of many little things and I can’t wait to learn more. My curiosity helps and I can adapt myself to all kind of situations as far as it is fair and balanced :)
I wouldn’t say I am physically the strongest, but I like a work well done and to be satisfied by it.
I’m quite sociable and enthusiastic in general (even if , like any human being, I have my « more-down days »).
I worked a few times in touristic places, so I am quite used with big rushes and client contact.
I am training actually for becoming a massagist, at least part time, which can be useful in time we need to relax :)
Otherwise, I like to have kids around and I feel well at ease with them :).Âge

Autres infos...
I am interested in doing doing sports and have decent physical condition but I'm not at all someone who does any specific sport regularly.
The one sport I'm good at would be Football but I also enjoy climbing, biking and swimming but am open to try anything.
Some other things I like are puzzles and brainteasers, video games, history and geography, and you can always entertain me with a good story, book or movie.
Aurélie likes to dance, do yoga and is practicing to become a masseuse (and I might be biased but I dare say she's well on her way)Informations complémentaires
