Hello everyone:)
My Name is Ayla, I'm 20 years old and I want to travel the world and see hidden and magical places. I am currently doing a gap year and am looking for open and cheerful hosts who would like to show me their world. I am looking forward to meet lots of new people and learn more about your culture and ways of living.

I am very motivated to learn and try out new things. I like to work outdoors, especially with animals. I have ridden for about nine years. I love playing the piano or ukulele, writing my own songs or listening to others play music. In my free time, I am a leader in the scouts. Apart from that, I like to sew clothes, crochet or do handicrafts. I like to be creative and do something with my hands.
I try my best at Yoga and pilates, but i would love to Lear more about it.

I absolutely love the sea and the nature. I am very interested in marine biology or anything related to the sea. I did a one month internship in Marine biology in italy. I've learned a Lot about Marine biology, research of Marine mammals and the sea in General. We collected and analyzed mostly datas about bottle nose dolphin, but also loggerhead turtles and sea birds in the ligurian sea.
Furthermore I am going to make the divemaster course in Mozambique until the End of November.

On my travels I would like to learn surfing, go on hikes or trips to see the surroundings. I am looking for ward to meet lots of amazing people and make unforgettable memories!

I am travelling with my friend Alain from 1st of december until mid Januar, but amy other workaway er is very welcome to join us <3

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I finished my Matura in the summer of 23 and am now doing a gap year. I Have now 6 Months of experience in the field of gastronomy where I work as a waitress/ service allrounder/barista.
I also like working with children in wich I have a lot of experience with because I am a leader at the scouts. These children are between the age of 6 and 10 years old.
I am also good with animals and have been riding for 10 years. I have also passed my riding exam. I am good at manual work and gardening. I love working outdoors and I also like to cook a lot. I love meeting new people and socialize, so I would love to work in a hostel.
I have now made 3 months of workaway experience in Italy and croatia. there I did mostly babysitting, garden work, goat herding or helping out at a diving base. I learned much about all sorts of craftsmanship.
I am very interested in learning new things and helping where I am needed.
