Originally coming from the French Alpes I am excited to spend the next year in and around Bergen, where I hope to experience and learn more about life in Norway.
In my spare time during the winter I like to ski, and during the summer I like to hike and cycle. I’m sure Norway will feel almost like home over the next year.

I would be really intersted in learning the basics of norwegian as to be able to have small talks. I can help (more than teach) beginner in english or french with the basics.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I have been working as a project manager or executive in the fields of economic development for NGO and later the city of Grenoble since 2018. Before that, during my studies and the two years gap i had first, i use to work mainly as a ski or bike mechanic also renting gear and selling technical clothes. These jobs led me to get technical qualifications. I also worked part time as a kitchen help or waiter during my studies and while traveling abroad.
I love team work, I like to talk to people and meet new persons which makes me enjoy customers relations.
I like to organize my work and that helped me to find my way in a restaurant kitchen or to work under pressure.
I am quite good at building and construction as long as I have instructions.

My main goal during this Norwegian stay is to ski as much as I can ! I love all kind of skiing activities : skating, alpine, telemark and of course touring. Before feeling safe to go touring alone I would love to meet people that would be able to teach me about snow condition in Norway as I believe it can be really different from the alps.
I would love to stay in the south during the deep winter as I'm not sure I would survive without seeing the sun in the day but I'm traveling with a small van which (I hope) will allow me to discover the northern part of Norway during spring.
