I'm from Northern Germany and I'm keen to travel more than I have in my life so I thought Workaway would be a good option.

I decided to study psychology at the age of 26 and now I only have one exam and my master's thesis to go! Therefore, I would like to use the time to travel and meet new people before I start my first job in this field after graduation.

I have worked in many companies in my life and especially during my studies. I am also a big fan of voluntary work, which I have done very often. For me, it's an important basis for living together well. So I can say that I have met many different people in my life and I love meeting new people. It's always fascinating how someone can change your perspective on something forever.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I grew up in a very small village with a few animals (sheep, rabbits, guinea pigs, chicken and a dog) and loved horse riding as a child and teenager. So I'm very confident around animals and I have absolutely no problems with cleaning the stable or anything like this.

Also, I'm very experienced in gardening because I grew up with a large garden full of vegetables and when I was 18 years old I did an voluntary ecological year, where gardening was a part. I also have some herbs in my garden now and two years ago I created a space with lots of regional flowers for insects.

Last but not least, I'm also very experienced in babysitting. I have babysat a child almost every other week, from the age of 7 to 11. I have also worked with children for about a year as a volunteer in the following project: https://www.balu-kiel.de/

I have to add that although I have a driving licence, I haven't driven for several years. So I wouldn't take children with me for safety reasons.
