Description
Hi, we're Angie and Alexis, we really value curiosity, human connection, and a healthy lifestyle. We love exploring new places, engaging with the community/volunteering, sharing meals with friends. We are passionate about spending time in nature and often make this a central priority in our lives.
Some of our favourite go to outdoor activities are hiking, running, biking and canoeing.
We like to stay busy with creative personal projects: video editing, digital/traditional art making, sewing/etc.
We love gathering new experiences and enjoy getting out of our comfort zone.
We're currently curious about gaining some experience in project management, working with animals/wildlife, and farming. We're juniors in UX UI Design and Data Analytics, we'd love to put these skills to use if possible! -

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Alexis:
- excellent/resourceful cook
- management/team building (work experience: restaurant general manager, and warehouse manager)
- restaurant event planning (hosting private dinners, weddings, parties)
- computer skills/web design/programming/video editing
- customer service (6+ years experience in public facing roles)
-problem solving/logistics/organization
Angie:
- visual arts (bachelor of fine arts degree; prefer to work in oil paint, with traditional drawing materials, and digitally. Have taken up sewing and bookmaking as a hobby.)
- graphic design (currently taking online courses to improve skillset here, and learning html/css/web design)
- animals: work experience as a dog walker and at a dog daycare as an attendant, volunteered with dogs/cats at the spca, grew up with dogs, and foster parent to cats most recently
-Volunteer at an organic local farm (mostly planting and harvesting vegetables, some work collecting/washing chicken eggs)
- housekeeping
- 1 year of caretaking experience for the elderly/disabled

We recently took up playing board games with friends. Alexis is passionate about reading, video games, and magic the gathering. Angie likes to keep yoga and pilates as a regular part of her routine. We love outdoor sports and training/running, going to the cinema, spending time in third spaces whenever we can.
