I'm currently at home in the UK, working hard over the summer. I'm hoping to get away over autumn / winter to somewhere sunny and to meet new people.

Hello, I'm Amber.
There are many things I'd love to say to give you a good insight into who I am , but here are just a few.
I'm super friendly and love meeting new people, sharing laughs, and getting to know them and their inner worlds. This brings me so much joy, especially when surrounded by people who see and understand me.
However, in equal measures, I also love and need to spend time alone to recharge. Too much social time and I need to hibernate and not talk to anyone for a few days. I think spending time alone comfortably is so important.
I'm lucky enough to have many hobbies and ways of spending my time. Being outdoors is one of the most important to me, whether that be sea swimming, exploring new areas for adventure, or long walks. I also love reading a good book, and exploring listening to all types of music. Although I find new hobbies every week (ADHD) that don't stick about, throughout my life I've always loved painting and sketching. Lastly, I absolutely love cooking, and sharing food is one of my core love languages. I'm a chef for my job but outside of work, I love the creativity of being in the kitchen and this is something I'd love to do during volunteering. Lastly, I find the sunshine motivates me a lot, and surrounding myself with genuine good people.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I have many random skills I've gained over the years.
I absolutely love cooking, it is a huge passion of mine and what I've done for work for the past three and a half years. I love nothing more than to spend hours cooking for my friends and loved ones. Sharing good food with people I love makes my soul happy:)
I have experience working on organic farms, and have done a little gardening. Although I don't know many technical skills, if I am asked to do something I will get on with it the best I can.
I also have lots of experience working with children, I love being around children and I'd say I have a natural affinity towards them. I also have experience caring for an elderly lady, which needed a lot of care, compassion and patience.
I have extensive hospitality skills, and currently over summer do festival catering work which involves physical breaks and building of our cooking area and very demanding long days.
