Hey hey there, welcome to my profile 🌞

My name is Amandine, I am French and have been living and traveling abroad around different places in the world for 7 years now.

I enjoy exploring around Nature, go for walks and hikes, dancing and cooking, and I spend a lot of time meditating.

I now travel and volunteer to connect more with simpler ways of living. Quiet, peaceful places that are in harmony with Nature and where Community matters.

I contact only the hosts for who I feel the calling from my heart, so I will do whatever tasks are needed at the moment of the time period of the volunteering. I am also interested to learn and do anything related to gardening, building, arts, and natural products making (such as soap). I’ll pour my heart in each task. Let’s see what flows ☺️.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Through my studies and my work experiences, I developed some knowledge and skills related to business development, international marketing strategies (mainly events organization, front office & community management and creation of content for social media) as well as tourism. I volunteered in multiple universities’ associations which organize artistic, cultural and educational events, as well as in a gardening club, in a food pantry and in a charity shop.

I also volunteered while traveling in Thailand and in Guatemala, in three different permaculture farms/food forest and a mushroom laboratory, for a total of 11 weeks, growing organic fruits and veggies (and of course mushrooms) and doing some light DIY/construction work.

Additionally, I have some experience as a waitress/bartender (coffees and cocktails), as well as experience working with children aged from 16 months to 12 years old (au pair, leisure centers and babysittings).
