Hello! My name is Alicja and I'm from Poland. I love travelling and immersing myself in diverse cultures and savouring the beauty of our world.
I have been living in Edinburgh, Scotland since 2006.

I'm an optimist and a happy soul. I believe in spreading positivity and finding joy in life's little moments. I'm on a quest to meet hosts, and fellow workawayers, share stories, and create lasting connections with like-minded individuals who share my zest for life.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a pharmacy technician and I have been working for the NHS in Scotland for over a decade. Working with other healthcare professionals taught me the importance of communication and teamwork.

During my Workaway experiences, I've gained hands-on skills in tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, basic carpentry, gardening and pruning olive and almond trees.
I find joy in hands-on tasks and various DIY projects.

With my father being a beekeeper, I have developed a comfort and familiarity with working alongside bees. There's nothing quite like the taste of fresh honey straight from the hive!

I love to cook and can create delicious plant-based dishes.
