Hi! We are Alex and Anna, a 32 and 30 years old couple that love hiking, cold season and sports.
We also love to travel and have already been in 4 of the 6 continents. Our passion is to try new food, discover remote amazing places and learn new skills.
We are on Workaway to meet new people, improve our language skills and get to know new different cultures and countries.
We both have a long experience dealing with costumer and doing handy work. We love making people happy through cooking and helping with their needs.

I, Anna, have 10 years of work experience with English as one of my main languages of communication, but I want to improve it by living with people who do not speak Spanish or Catalan, as both are my native languages. My current boss is French so I understand it perfectly, but I would love to improve it. I have learned Italian on my own and I am currently studying Korean. I, Alex, am also a native Catalan and Spanish speaker. I have learned English in school and understand it perfectly, but I want to improve my communication skills by living and working with people who do not speak Spanish or Catalan.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

As an individual, I, Alex, have 12 years of experience as an installation technician and doing spontaneous maintenance work. I have always liked working with people and everything related to the IT sector and that's why I started working as a network technician. I have experience dealing with all kinds of customers and resolving incidents, being happy when I help people. For six years I managed my own company, training new employees, dealing with customer complaints and organizing and handling all the paperwork. I'm fluent in spanish and catalan and I can communnicate in english, but I want to improve it.

As an individual, I, Anna, have nine years of customer service experience, working as a hostess for multiple brands since I was 18 years old for 4 years. I have worked for VIP's at private events organising weddings, birthday parties and for four years as a group manager and receptionist for a hospitality group being in charge of bookings, full customer experience, events and assisting executive managers. My last 3 years have been focused on the office experience, working with suppliers, supervising cleaning and maintenance workers, monitoring finance and human resources and helping to resolve issues for co-workers and clients. I'm fluent in spanish, catalan, english and italian. I'm also learning corean.
