My name is Aithor, I’m was born in Basque Country, located in the wildest north of Spain.

I am an enthusiastic and experienced individual with a strong background in working in hostels. My passion for traveling and meeting new people drives me to seek out new experiences and adventures. I thrive on challenges and am not afraid to step out of my comfort zone. My extensive experience in various hostels has equipped me with the skills to handle diverse situations and interact with people from all sorts of believes and interests. I am dedicated, adaptable, and always eager to learn and grow. I look forward to bringing my positive attitude and commitment to any new opportunity that comes my way.

- Multitasking: Whether it’s checking in guests, managing bookings, or organizing events, I can juggle it all with ease.
- Problem-Solving: Quick on my feet and always ready to handle any curveballs, making sure guests are always happy.
- Cultural Sensitivity: I’ve met people from all over the world and love learning about different cultures, making sure everyone feels included.
- Organization: Keeping things tidy and running smoothly is my jam, from cleaning up to scheduling.
- Teamwork: I love working with others and believe teamwork makes the dream work in creating the best experience for guests.
- Adaptability: I can roll with the punches and adapt to new situations quickly, always up for a new adventure.
- Language Skills: I speak multiple languages, which is super handy for chatting with international guests.
- I love moutain sports kayaking, climbing...

I'm really into sports and staying active. I love hitting the gym, as well as mountain sports like hiking, climbing, and rafting. I'm also a big fan of group activities, whether it's going out for a wild night of partying or having a chill evening playing board games. I enjoy spending time with people, no matter if we're taking it easy or going on crazy adventures. Being around others and sharing experiences is what I thrive on!
