This is where Marcin and Ania met in Iceland, we were united by our love for each other, traveling and being free.
Something about us …
Ania, lived in Iceland for 6 years, this is her second home. she came on holiday and fell in love with Iceland. I started out cleaning and working in a hotel like everyone else. housekeeping and making breakfast for guests, then I worked 2 jobs at Blue Lagoon and in a hotel.
Blue Lagoon is one of the most beautiful places in Iceland, everyone must see it.
Then I moved to the capital city of Reykiavik, and it was the best decision. I worked in a hotel as housekeeping and made breakfast, then I became a hosekeeping supervisor.
It was a good job, I like working with people but I needed something more and I started working as a waitress.
it was another great decision, I met people from all over the world, it was a pleasure.
Of course, when everything was going well, I was looking for something more and became a supervisor in a restaurant. it was hard work, but I met lifelong friends there and gained experience that will stay with me forever. I'm grateful for that. the next step was to work at the reception, and that's where my adventure ended. I was a workaholic, I had 2-3 jobs, and I said enough was enough and I left everything with my love.
Something about Marcin …
His first job was short and something new in his life. He dug and cleaned ditches. the owner was not a good person and left them in the lurch.
The beginnings in Iceland were difficult, but Marcin quickly found a job as a truck driver (he brought goods to grocery stores and more)
He met many people and this work was a challenge for him every day, he worked like this for over a year, but he felt that he needed something more, he needed a big change in his life.
He got his bus driving license and learned more English. and the time has come for a change. he found a job as a guide and at the same time as a driver.
It was a challenge but not for us... he told people about the place he fell in love with, about nature and interesting facts about Iceland.
At the same time he worked as a waiter with me in a small restaurant serving Icelandic cuisine. he had everything what he needed, good job, food, and of course me (kidding) ☺️
Together we are the best team!!
We quit everything, our jobs, the life we had and stability. We need a big change to find ourselves and our path.
Our obbies are hiking, traveling, we like eating and cooking. or sleep in a tent. Ania likes photography and Marcin likes investing in the stock market and making videos on YouTube

Ania:
I worked in a hotel preparing breakfast and housekeeping then I start to work in Blue Lagoon (one of the best places in Iceland) so I ahd two jobs in the same time.
When I move to the capital of the country Reykiavik I still worked in housekeeping and at breakfast. At the same time, I worked as a waitress in a small restaurant.
Step by step, I got the position of housekeeping supervisor, and I was the right hand man in the restaurant. When there was an opportunity, I changed housekeeping to work in a restaurant and worked as a waitress, later I was promoted to restaurant supervisor and worked as a waitress in a small restaurant. I'm a workaholic :) like you seee.
And at the end of my career in Iceland, I worked in another restaurant and at the reception desk in a hotel.
What about Marcin In Poland, Marcin worked as a truck driver, an upholsterer, on a construction site and sold cars and when he gained experience he wanted to change something in his life.
So he moved to Iceland, and he met me:)) lucky guy (joke:)
Marcin worked for over a year as a truck driver and delivered goods to grocery stores, but this person is not afraid of any work.
After a year of working as a truck driver, he felt that, I should change something right now.
He wanted to get a bus driving license and become a tour guide.
And you know?? He did it!!!
He started working as a guide-driver at Arctic Adventures in Iceland and the same time we worked together in one of the restaurants like waitress.
We're good and strong team together!

Marcin is interested in social media, he makes videos on YouTube and IG. He like creating videos, I (Ania) at the moment I'm good with photography and slowly social media. We both like nature, sleeping in a tent, traveling and getting to know culture and people.
We are open for new experiences...
PS. Anna likes cooking and Marcin eat.
