Hi! I'm Adrienne, a bubbly and outgoing Aussie who is very excited to see the world. I have just graduated from university with a bachelor of biomedical science and have decided to take some time off before my next degree. I love meeting new people and fully immersing myself into new experiences.

I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland Australia and am hoping to travel to Greece, France and Spain in 2025, spending a few months in each country. I really enjoy a slow form of travel and spending more time in each place to be able to immerse myself in the area; getting to know local cafes, reading in beautiful spots and finding hidden gems. Last year I experienced solo travel for the first time and was fortunate enough to spend 2 months in New Zealand and 3 months in Italy.

I have hosted work-away travellers in the past with my family but am now even more excited to be the one who gets to travel. I am an active person and enjoy anything in the outdoors. I spend most of my time in nature and I love new experiences.

I am hard working, reliable, show initiative and believe I can contribute to a household in many ways! I have experience in gardening, with my grandparents owning a farm in New Zealand, where I have spent most of my Spring and Summers, so I am very happy to get my hands dirty. I also spent 6 weeks in Italy planting vegetable gardens and maintaining the garden and another 3 weeks working on a vineyard.

I am really excited to grow as a person and make memories I will never forget :)

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

My grandparents own a farm in New Zealand and so I have been helping them with both gardening and the animals over Spring and Summer since I was a young child. Whether it is planting a veggie patch, weeding, harvesting or looking after the calves, I always put 100% effort into any task required. I'm very comfortable in the outdoors, and being an Aussie from the Sunshine Coast, I am not easily phased by the heat or any creepy crawlies in the garden :).

I also absolutely love children and have been babysitting for 8 years now. I really enjoy being creative and playing games and forming connections with the kids I work with, so if you would like someone who can help you with your child, I am a perfect fit for your family!! I currently work in disability support, and have both my working with children card and also my national police screening card.

I tutor and have my bachelors in biomedical science and also just love having conversations with new people, so I am more than happy to help you practice English if you are interested.
