Hey everybody! I'm Ian, born in '92, biotech graduate from Brescia, Italy.
I'm a curious and spontaneous person, even naif in certain occasions, and what attracts me the most are those thing, people or events that stand out for their diversity among the rest; that's why trough my life I always traveled a lot around the globe, trying to experience as much of the different lifestyles, foods, ways of thinking about life and beyond as I could, and every time was a pleasant discover to me, as I think that when different persons meet and peacefully confront each other, only good things can happen, as the inner growth of both.
People say I'm large-hearted, I like to help when I can, whatever it is.
I love animals in general and I like to do many outdoor activities (mountain hiking, free climbing, swimming, biking...) but I also enjoy discover the urban environment, both during the day and night.
I describe myself also as an open minded person as I try never to judge anyone's decisions but instead I try to understand the reasons beneath it; also, I don't pretend to be able to understand everyone's choices but when I can't I still respect those, in the limits those won't harm others.
I also adapt pretty well to any situation, so, let's get to know each other, let's create, even temporarily, a relation of mutual physical and spiritual exchange, that'll let our human experience on this world flourish.

UPDATE 09/2024

I always struggled finding my place in this society, as getting a regular and normal job, a house, having childrens and putting roots.. Just to mention, I find it hard to stick to many rules of "good behavior" when every average government spends 10,100,1000 times on killing and destroying than on building, healing and teaching..
So, I left the master degree I was enrolled, put my apartment for rent, took my bike and left, heading east.
I already traveled trough Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia; next stops are Russia and then I'll head trough Georgia and Armenia when the real Russian cold kicks in.
Of course the rental revenue doesn't cover all of the travel expenses, even if I'm sleeping in a tent most of the time, so I hope to find here on workaway who would like to meet me during this project of discovery of humanity, so we can help each other, I'll be more than happy to stay and help pausing the riding in exchange of sleep and food but most of all for friendship and good experiences :)

As I like to travel to know local cultures and costumes, I always thought the best way to do it is by communicating to the locals in their own native language, where possible, because language itself contains a lot of its speakers culture. So any new language knowledge or exchange will be very welcome!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Since I was little my dad thought me to work with carpentry tools so, even if I couldn't build a house on my own, I know some basics when it comes to generally maintain a house (ie small repairs).
I also have a good relationship with animals in general and had many of them, so I can take care of without any problem.
I also love plants and gardening, so if there are some vegetables I'm in!
Generally when there's something to do I do not pull back and I consider myself as an hard working person, so I don't complain much and I like to see things well done.

I like arts and artists in general, in particular music has been an important presence in my life, and I love seeing the world in an "artistic" and spiritual way, even if I study in a science field.
I find spontaneous treating even strangers as friends, helping them being fine and well.
