  Description

  Hi! We are a friendly family living in Imperia, a small and sunny city on the Ligurian Sea in northern Italy, close to the French Riviera and Nice. Our home is about 2 km from the beach.
  Imperia is a beautiful place surrounded by sea, hills and nature. From here you can easily travel by train to cities like Genoa, Turin, Milan, Nice and Cannes.
  One of the best things about our area is the amazing seaside cycling path, more than 30 km long, where you can cycle, run, skate or simply enjoy the sea view. It’s a perfect place for people who love outdoor life and sports.
  Our family is composed of a mother and two kids: a 14-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy, plus a friendly cat. The mother works during the day and the kids are quite independent. Sometimes they just need a ride to the beach or to meet friends.
  We enjoy meeting people from different countries and we love cultural and language exchange. We hope to share our home and our culture.

  During the summer, Imperia has a large community of au pairs and Workawayers from all over the world. If you’d like, we’d be happy to teach you some Italian and share our culture with you

  Aide

  We are mainly looking for some help with light household tasks and rides for the kids.
  We would also love to have a cultural and language exchange, so speaking English with the kids would be wonderful.
  From time to time, we may also ask for some cat sitting when we are away for a short trip.

  You’ll have your own private room and access to a shared bathroom (we have two in the house), so there’s always plenty of space for everyone. You’re also welcome to use our car or one of our bikes. 🚗🚲
