Description
We are both gratefully enjoying the fruits of 40+ years of work (Andrea language teacher, Frans IT specialist). We live in a beautiful, almost rural resort in Oman. Living in a resort is expensive and actually not my idea of a healthy lifestyle. Once in the comfort trap, one needs motivation and support from honest, like-minded people to get out. I appreciate help for that and a bit of flexibility with your stay. don't expect a resort holiday but rather interesting encounters with all sorts of folks, activities and ideologies and beautiful sun rises over the green grass and the sea

Birgit and I had an inspiring relationship already before her time in Oman. I was priviledged to stay a night in her beautiful house in Germany.
Here in Oman, she did so much for me: planting new vegetables - most of which even survive the harsh sun and irregular watering in my absence.

We had fun even before Hadi and Masoumeh arrived. The only sad part seeing them leaving. What a wonderful couple: educated, humerous, helpful, modest .... and while with us they displayed more and more skills appreciated not only by me but by other residents of our resort. Bruno over-fulfilled his promise to introduce me to bubbling maté. He shared his maté and knowledge and pleasant personality with many of our friends. Lea and Alex were too short time with us, but we could do some of the nice activities Oman offers. First they helped me with creating a flyer for a kickbike event. They also build us an artistic wall and Lea helped me in the kitchen. The vegetables Lea seeded are growing - thanks to green fingers. Thank you for leaving the traces of your work!
