Description
My name is Oliver. I live in a small farm house and horse yard in the middle of Ireland. Ongoing building project on the house and yard.
As of November 2023 there will be no horses here for a while - have decided to take a break and concentrate on my film making and travel a bit myself.
We are surrounded by beautiful countryside. Also run an advertising/film production company from the property.
Lots of wood to be cut, things to build still.
Would like a motivated, positive person who is at peace in nature. Creative, artists, musicians very welcome. Film making is my passion. All on a volunteer basis. Workaways are not asked to help in my business activities.
I value highly cultural exchange and skill share.
I am a keen motorcyclist and there is a dirt bike here many workaways learn to ride on.

My business is running an advertising company and making short films so there is always a lot going on.
I think the main cultural exchange is seeing how we live here and engaging with what is going on - that will be different for every traveler.
There is a good canal network - we have kayaks- and beautiful lakes - if someone is into fishing.
We have a small garden and grow some basics. Would be interested in anyone with good gardening (food) experience.
Very interested in collaborating on creative projects, music, film.....
I do a lot of yoga and strength training, there is an outside gym and a dedicated yoga space in a converted bus.

Looking for a sensible minded person with good energy and a love of nature.
We have a small horse yard and property which is an ongoing building project. As of October 2023 I have made the decision to sell all my horses and take a couple of years break to concentrate on my filming and travel myself a bit.
There are two types of help required:
1) Sharing the running of the house, cooking cleaning, shopping etc.
2) Help with building and evolving the property.
I am away with work a lot so would like to meet responsible and trustworthy people who would maintain the place if I am away for a few days and who would love and take care of my dog..

Carolina - what a whirlwind of organisation tireless work and good company. She is a very sincere and straight person. Really, no offence to anyone, but the hardest working workaway I have had.
