* LOOKING FOR SPANISH, FRENCH, GERMAN DUTCH SPEAKING GUIDES*
[For a minimum stay of 2,5 months]
We are a young company based in Lecce, Apulia, interested in sustainable development and slow tourism.
Our project was born in Bari in 2008 and since 2013 we have been working in Lecce as well.
We are specialised in guided tours by rickshaw, or by bike in our lovely baroque town, including tasting of local products. We also offer bike rentals for people willing to visit the Salento area, so our hosts can experience a good mix of fun and adventure.
Our mission is promoting a sustainable way to discover our region: the Salento.

You will be part of an active team of young people that love a multicultural atmosphere, ready to help each other. You can actively take part in our guided tours and excursions, learn something about italian language, food and culture and live like a local. If you need, a bike is provided.
We love to exchange competences, so if you don't have all of the skills required, don't be afraid!L’hôte offre un salaire correspondant au salaire minimum

PAID POSITION
MAIN CONDITIONS:
Be very good with languages :) so we need you to speak at least 2 languages :
. German or Spanish or French (or enventually Dutch) speakers;
. + English;
. We need one person who can stay with us for at least 2,5 - 3 months from April until November.
Main activities required:
1. Lead bike and rickshaw guided tours with a group of tourists (we provide you a of week training)
2. It's also interesting for us people with mechanical skills to help with bicycle maintenance.
3. Helping the staff to improve foreign languages like English, French, German, and Spanish (any other language is welcome);
4. New and fresh ideas to help to organise events, tours and excursions are always welcome;
5. If you are skilled in social media you are also useful for us!!!

You will never be alone by doing any of these things because we like to help each other as a team and we will do the same with you!
All earned tips can be kept.

Hébergement
The accomodation will be discussed as our organisation is changing. (FYI, it used to be in a single room in the apartment of one of us, usually two people of the staff already live there. One or two meals can be provided by us)

In your free time there are lots of things that you can do. Lecce is a beautiful baroque town rich in history and art and nightlife is very active too. This town is in the middle of Salento area that you can explore by bike, by bus or by train. The closest beach is only 12 km far, the countryside is charming as well with old olive trees.
Gallipoli, Otranto and Santa Maria di Leuca are close too.
Sometimes all the staff members like to spend free time together, in order to do team building activities and to create an informal atmosphere.
