  Welcome to Carinthia!
  
  I live in an old house in the Gurk Valley near Straßburg – together with my mother (she's mobile, independent, and enjoys company), chickens, geese, and occasionally Luis with his dachshund.
  
  The house isn't a polished holiday paradise – it's old, has its quirks, and some things are still a work in progress. But it has a lot of potential, and anyone who pitches in can see tangible changes.
  
  I'm looking for people who would like to help out for a few hours a day – and spend the rest of their time at their own pace – whether alone in nature, with a book, out and about, or enjoying coffee with us. All are welcome.

  Ich bewohne ein altes Haus im Gurktal bei Straßburg – zusammen mit meiner Mutter (sie ist mobil, selbstständig und freut sich über Gesellschaft), Hühnern, Gänsen und ab und zu Luis mit seinem Dackel.
  
  Das Haus ist kein poliertes Urlaubsparadies – es ist alt, hat Ecken und Kanten, und manches ist noch im Werden. Aber es hat viel Potenzial, und wer mit anpackt, kann sichtbare Veränderungen erleben.
  
  Ich suche Menschen, die Lust haben, ein paar Stunden am Tag mit anzupacken – und den Rest der Zeit nach eigenem Rhythmus zu gestalten – ob allein in der Natur, mit einem Buch, unterwegs, oder beim gemeinsamen Kaffee mit uns. Alles ist willkommen.

  Ich bin neugierig auf andere Kulturen, Sprachen und Lebensweisen. Wer mag, kann Deutsch üben – oder mir seine Muttersprache näherbringen. Gemeinsames Kochen und Plaudern am Abend sind fest eingeplant. Ich freue mich auf Begegnung.

  Aide

  What I envision:
  
  All in all, I would like to have 4 to 5 hours of support on 5 days a week.
  
  A fixed amount of about 1-2 hours: tidying up, cleaning, and organizing – so that the house gradually becomes more pleasant for everyone.
  
  The remaining time, totaling 4-5 hours per day: light gardening, tidying up small things, preparing meals, or other tasks that arise – depending on what needs doing and who brings which skills or interests. These tasks will be discussed the day before and then completed independently. During this time, we can also pursue creative projects, have coffee with Mom, go for walks, or chat – depending on interest and how we're feeling that day.
  
  I look forward to your personal and creative input. I'm also happy to share my unconventional approach to tackling tasks with you.
  
  My availability:
  
  I work 3 days a week (partly from home) – for these days, we'll discuss what needs to be done the day before, and you'll work independently. On the other days, we can work together.
  
  Was ich mir vorstelle:
  
  Insgesamt würde ich mir 4 bis 5 Stunden an 5 Tagen in der Woche Unterstützung wünschen.
  
  Dabei wären ein fester Anteil von etwa 1–2 Stunden: Ordnung schaffen, putzen, aufräumen – damit das Haus nach und nach für alle angenehmer wird.
  
  Der Rest der Zeit, sodass es insgesamt 4 - 5 Stunden am jeweiligen Arbeitstag ergibt: leichte Gartenarbeit, Kleinigkeiten in Ordnung bringen, Kochen vorbereiten, oder andere anfallende Tätigkeiten – je nachdem, was gerade ansteht und wer welche Fähigkeiten oder Interessen mitbringt. Diese Arbeiten werden am Vortag besprochen und dann selbstverantwortlich erledigt. In dieser Zeit können auch kreative Projekte, Kaffee mit Mama, Spaziergänge, Gespräche – je nach Interesse und Tagesform - unternommen werden.
  
  Ich freue mich auf deine persönlichen und kreativen Inputs. Gerne teile ich auch meine unkonventionelle Art mit dir, wie ich Aufgaben umsetzte.
  
  Meine Verfügbarkeit:
  
  Ich arbeite an 3 Tagen pro Woche (teilweise Home-Office) – für diese Tage besprechen wir am Vortag, was zu tun ist, und du arbeitest eigenständig. An den anderen Tagen können wir gemeinsam tätig sein.

  Accommodation:
  
  Attic apartment with bedroom, sofa, kitchen, and bathroom – for up to 3 people. It is bright, dry, and has its own entrance. A washing machine, hairdryer, and a laptop with good internet connection and a large screen are available.
  
  Meals are provided – we cook together. Leisure time
  
  Unterkunft:
  
  Dachgeschosswohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Couch, Küche, Bad – für bis zu 3 Personen. Sie ist hell, trocken und hat einen eigenen Zugang. Eine Waschmaschine, Föhn und ein Laptop mit guter Internetanbindung und angeschlossenem großen Bildschirm stehen zur Verfügung.
  
  Verpflegung wird gestellt – wir kochen gemeinsam.
  
  Freizeit & Umgebung:
  
  In deiner Freizeit kannst du die Natur rund ums Haus genießen – Spaziergänge, Wald, frische Luft. Für Ausflüge oder andere Freizeitaktivitäten stehe ich gerne mit Tipps zur Seite.

  Autres infos...

  Transportation: A bus stop is located directly in front of the house. If needed, I'd be happy to take you to the train station or to the nearest town. Bicycles are also available. Important: We have chickens, geese, and sometimes a dog – so please, no guests with allergies to these animals.
  
  Mobilität:
  
  Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus. Bei Bedarf bringe ich dich gerne zum Zug oder in die nächstgelegene Stadt. Es stehen auch Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
  
  Wichtig:
  
  Bei uns leben Hühner, Gänse, manchmal ein Hund – also bitte keine Allergiker:innen, die darauf empfindlich reagieren.
