Description
Liz and Chris live on an 11 acre property on the Blackwood River. We have just moved to the area called Jalbarragup (25 minutes south of Nannup) in June 2023. We have a WEED that is a small tree called Acacia and we are on a mission to eradicate it. We need your help. Also setting up a vege garden and there may be some other gardening that is required. We also ned to clean up the falling branches and leaves that are a fire jazzers. We live right on the Blackwood River. Lots of nature - possums, kangaroos, birds and wildflowers.
We also have 4 ducks and a drake, plus a small duckling. Also you will get to meet Ginger the Red Heeler puppy who is learning some manners.
We are on the river, so there is a couple of kayaks you can use to enjoy the scenery.

We live in the beautiful south west of western Australia right on the edge of a national park and river. You get to experience the beautiful quiet of the Australian bush, the native animals, birds and the wildflowers. We love cooking and living a healthy life.
Aide
We need some help with gardening plus eradicating the Acacia which is a registered WEED. - we have a vege garden that we want to establish and general tidying up of the garden. Also we need to collect branches and twigs that have fallen from the trees and pile them up ready for burning when the fire restrictions are lifted.

We live 3 hours drive south of Perth. Jalbarragup is a small community 25 minutes from Nannup. Nannup is a lovely town famous for its music festival, flower festival and is a well known relation for trail bike riding. We are an hour from Margaret River a beautiful wine region and magnificient coastline, 1 hour from Manjimjup and Pemberton with the amazing huge forest trees. Other towns close is Bridgetown and Donnybrook and Busselton. It is a great area to visit and enjoy the wildflowers, bush and the many things that are happening in the region

We have 11 acres and if you are self contained you may wish to have some privacy. Otherwise we do have accommodation and provide food - meals.
