  We are a couple. Bart and Tiffany,
  
  We live in the east centre site of Amsterdam. It is a nice neighbourhood with a mix of people from all walks of life. It's next to a green and quiet park. There are multiple little fruit & vegetable shops and bakeries in the area. It's a 5 minute walk to the Javastraat with more bars, restaurants and shops.
  By bike it will take you 10 minutes to get to the Amsterdam city centre and it's famous canals.

  Amsterdam is of course the Dutch centre of cultures from all over the world. The apartment is next to Flevopark. In summertime there sometimes are small food & music festivals.

• 

  Aide

  We are looking for a couple that can watch our apartment when we are gone. It is not a business.
  
  We are often away for long periodes (work, travel, living at other places) and we would like to have someone living in our apartment for those periodes. For one to keep it inhabited, clean and keeping the plants alive etc.
  
  Plus sometimes there might be other guests. We would like to be able to still offer that sometimes friends or family can also stay a day or 2 in the 2nd bedroom. On those days you would share the living room, kitchen and bathroom. We ask you to make sure the house is clean.
  
  We did this before and our experience is that couples take much better care of the apartment, sorry, there for we really don’t accept single travellers that want to stay by themselves.
