  Description

  Hey! I am a German Girl who fell in love with a Chilean Man! I am running a small baking Business and i am a hobby carpenter! My husband is a carpenter too! Not long time ago I moved to Chile and right now we will start forming our lifes here on an 8 hectar land and farmhouse together!
  Now our family is growing and we became a little daughter Meylin november 2023. And our little son Timo 2025! We run a Company as general contractor for construction and public works.
  By the time we started a small Glamping Campside and Eventcenter doe Horseriding events!
  As we live on the countryside there are no direct neighbours and everywhere we go we need to take a car. The next village and small shops is around 5 kilometers far away. As we own a few chicken, two nice dogs , four goats, a few horses and a mule it would be very helpful if you weren´t afraid of these animals.
  Our hobby is to go for a ride in the afternoons to enjoy the beautiful nature of the Andes around our home! We love our life on the countryside, enjoy the great view, enjoy a cup of wine in the afternoons and more we love to welcome volunteers in our home to know other cultures and get known of new people!
  Here in Chile people are very closeknit to their families so we will probably have lots of family visit around from Danilos side of the family or we will visit In summer season we need more help with childcare but the other months there are lots of building and gardening work. As well as taking care for our animals and simple house tasks.
  We would love to improve a bit our country home and want to start the construction of a goat and sheep meadow, a small stable for them!
  As you can see we need helping hands for cleaning after Guests leave their Cabaña including sheets, bathrooms etc, onstruction, gardening, animal care and child care so if you feel identificated with any of these tasks we will make it work. The most important part is that you are openminded, flexible and willing to do different tasks every day.

  The travellers will see the chilean way of life in the countryside of chile and will be part of our family! If you are interested we can go for a ride with our horses or i can teach you spanish! I am speaking fluently german, english and spanish so i think the communication will be fine!

  Aide

  We would like to invite open minded nice people to become part of our small family in the heart of the beautiful countryside of chile!
  Our dream to have our own house and land here in chile finally came true! So right now we are working a lot to form our piece of land in what we would imagine our dream house and land!
  
  We are looking for a volunteer to help us with Guests, our animals, some gardening, maybe some construction tasks and if capable seeing after our kids for some time. I am mainly working from home or in the office doing paperwork foe our company or outside seeing after our guest cabin and garden, so it would be great to have someone to help me with our little ones, help with all kind of chores.
  As in every house and family there are as well moments we need to organize things, clean up or wash the dishes so we expect every volunteer to be part of this as well. Especially with a toddler and a baby, they are able to produce a mess anywhere within some minutes ;)
  More over you can help us to take care of our animals like our chickens and our dogs Canela and Mosca.
  In the afternoon you are free to go for a hike or visit our tiny village! When i go to the „bigger“ city linares to go for grocery shoping you will have the opportunity to join me to discover the city and see new places!
  Normally every day here is different and any volunteer who comes to help us can work in what he knows to do best or has the opportunity to learn lots of new stuff!

  Hébergement

  You can sleep in one of our guest rooms and have food with the family! Our kitchen is always opened if you are hungry but as well you are welcome to join our family meals! But we expect that you are living organised and clean up your own room. Moreover you have your own bathroom

  Autres infos...

  Chilean culture can be very spontanous and tricky, so sometimes plans change within minutes! Especially in summer season some days can be longer than others so its not always possible to have excact 6 hours shifts. There can be days with 2-3 hour of work and there can be days with 8/9 hours of help! But we will always inform and talk about it! The average will never be more than 25-30 hours per week!

  We have around 15 laying and a rooster giving us daily fresh eggs 🥚

  Our two year old quarter horse stallion stat needs to be broken still. He is always in for some cuddles

  Our allrounder, he is perfect vor advanced riders but also for beginners

  

  Vivi

  Vivi our mule is a absolute live saver and the nicest mule i have ever known! She is for beginners and we always ride her when we ride with our daughter

  

  Mojito

  Mojito is a 8 year old gelding who is only for very experimented riders!

  

  Mosca (2 ans)

  Mosca is an australian cattle dog and family lover! She is so nice with all kids and family members and is always company on our rides!
