  Hello! We are a co-housing and co-working project under construction. We propose a healthy lifestyle in a rural environment. We are restoring an old stone house in a small village. Currently we are 2-3 people who combine work in social aspects of technology with the adequacy of the house.
  
  The house has 3 floors, one of them is ready-to-live. We have a vegetable garden also with fruit trees.
  
  The village has 200 inhabitants, has a small train station and is very nice to walk around the marsh, the viaducts, the forest or the nearby villages either on foot or by bicycle (we can leave you one). We can also share musical instruments to play together and with some neighbors of the village. Sometimes we organize festive gatherings but in general not many people pass by our house at the same time, the village is small and far away from the big cities, but you can get there by train.
  
  We like reading, writing, walking, cycling, chatting, sharing languages and enjoying good times in company working, cooking or sharing meals.

  ¡Hola! Somos un proyecto de co-vivienda y co-trabajo en construcción que proponemos un estilo de vida saludable en entorno rural. Estamos restaurando una casa antigua de pueblo, de piedra. Por ahora somos 2-3 personas que combinamos el trabajo en los aspectos sociales de la tecnología con la adecuación de la casa.
  
  La casa tiene 3 plantas con una de ellas lista para vivir. Y jardín con árboles frutales y huertecito.
  
  El pueblo tiene 200 habitantes, tiene una pequeña estación de tren y es muy bonito para pasear por el entorno del pantano, los viaductos, el bosque o los pueblos cercanos, ya sea andando o en bici (te podemos dejar una); también podemos compartir instrumentos musicales para tocar juntos y con algunos vecinos del pueblo. A veces montamos reuniones festivas pero en general no pasa mucha gente simultáneamente por nuestra casa, el pueblo es pequeño y alejado de las grandes ciudades, pero puedes llegar a ellas tomando el tren.
  
  Nos gusta leer, escribir, pasear, salir en bicicleta, charlar, compartir idiomas y disfrutar de buenos momentos en compañía trabajando, cocinando o compartiendo las comidas.

  Hola! Som un projecte de co-habitatge i co-treball en construcció que proposem un estil de vida saludable en entorn rural. Estem restaurant una casa antiga de poble, de pedra. Per ara som 2-3 persones que combinem el treball en aspectes socials de la tecnologia amb l'adequació de la casa.
  
  La casa té 3 plantes, una d'elles ja preparada com a habitatge. També tenim jardí amb arbres fruiters i hortet.
  
  El poble té 200 habitants, té una petita estació de tren i és molt bonic per passejar per l'entorn de l'embassament, els viaductes, el bosc o els pobles propers, ja sigui caminant o en bici (et podem deixar una); també et podem compartir instruments musicals per a tocar junts i amb alguns veïns del poble. A vegades muntem reunions festives, però en general no passa molta gent simultàniament per casa nostra, el poble és petit i allunyat de les grans ciutats, però pots arribar a elles agafant el tren.
  
  Ens agrada llegir, escriure, passejar, sortir en bicicleta, xerrar, compartir idiomes i gaudir de bons moments en companyia treballant, cuinant o compartint els àpats.

  Echange culturel et opportunités d'apprendre

  We will be happy to help you to learn or improve your linguistic skills, as well as transfer all our experience about a self-sustainable and self-sufficient life way.
  
  We all are Catalonian speaking Catalan, Spanish and English and we love to talk about different languages and cultures.
  
  Also, we will be happy to share with you the preparation of meals, recipes and much more!
  
  We like to play music at the end of the day :) We have guitars, bass guitar, ukelele, drums, keyboard,... to share or to play togheter.
  
  The village has 200 inhabitants, is very nice to walk around the swamp, viaducts, the forest or the nearby villages. There's a medieval Castle (that is able to go walking) that have guided tour. We have a small train station that allows you to go directly to cities like Reus, Tarragona, Barcelona and other stops on the beaches.

  We are living in a house that have one floor enabled.
  
  We are looking for two of profiles (apart from spending a day or two with workawayers who are in the area and want to come and have a look around, which there is always time for 👍). Please tell us what tasks you propose to perform:
  
  1. GENERIC PROFILE: help to adapt the other two floors and improve the whole house.
  
  Knowledge in any field is welcome, although you can also do tasks that do not require much prior knowledge such as painting the walls or maintaining the garden. The most necessary tasks are in construction, or plumbing for which we have certain knowledge and materials.
  
  * Construction: prepare one floor and help our professional construction worker with it
  * Carpentry: doors, beams and put anti-woodworm treatment in all the wooden parts of the house that not have it yet
  * Gardening: caring the vegetable patch and maybe improve automatic irrigation system
  * Painting: some walls with ecological lime paint
  * Plumbing: help our professional plumber with the plumbing system in the new bathroom
  * Electricity: we have a good electricity network in 1 of our 3 floors, we need to build the other 2 from scratch and in the garden (for this task we're going to work absolutely unplugged, completely no risk, when we finish the task a professional will come to see that all is Ok, will sign all-clear certificate and he will make the connection to main electricity network).
  * Meals: from end of September we will have several simultaneous workawayers. If you like to cook for everyone: you can be in charge of buying the food (the village store opens very little), cooking it according to the omnivore-vegetarian-vegan and intolerance requirements (lactose, fructose, gluten,...) and cleaning the kitchen when finished.
  * Transportation and materials: Finding the right materials can take some time. Most of the materials can be purchased online, but sometimes you have to go to the stores (the closest ones are 15 minutes away by car).
  
  Let us know if you have your own vehicle.
  
  2. TECHNOLOGICAL PROFILE: mostly work in front of computer
  We are preparing and developing a community portal (Django-Python-Web3.py) to connect inventors with project developers and donors. It is a (FLOSS) Free Libre Open Source Software project that we want to do with workawayers, so the other profile we are looking for is programmers (one of us is, partially), also to learn together.
  
  Although the two profiles are not mutually exclusive, if you have the technological profile it would be here to do the bulk of the daily work, leaving more relaxed moments to do gardening things. Anyway in our project we like to work without stress and with time to think :)

  Ya tenemos habilitada una de las plantas.
  
  Buscamos dos tipos de perfiles (aparte de pasar un día o dos con workawayers que estén por la zona y quieran venir a echar un vistazo, que para eso siempre hay tiempo 👍). Por favor dinos a qué tarea o tareas te propones:
  
  1. PERFIL GENÉRICO: ayuda para adaptar los otros dos pisos y mejorar toda la casa.
  
  Conocimientos en cualquier campo son bienvenidos, aunque también se pueden hacer tareas que no requieran mucho conocimiento previo como pintar las paredes o mantener el jardín. Las tareas más necesarias son en construcción, electricidad o fontanería para las que tenemos ciertos conocimientos y materiales.
  
  * Construcción: preparar un piso y ayudar a nuestro albañil profesional con ello
  * Carpintería: puertas, vigas y poner tratamiento anti carcoma en todas las partes de madera de la casa que aún no lo tengan
  * Jardinería: mantenimiento del huerto
  * Pintar: algunas paredes con pintura de cal ecológica
  * Fontanería: arreglar un WC
  * Electricidad: tenemos una buena red eléctrica en 1 de nuestros 3 pisos, necesitamos montar la red eléctrica desde cero en los otros 2 y en el jardín (esta tarea se lleva a cabo totalmente desenchufados, así que no hay ningún riesgo, un profesional firmará el alta de las lineas y será él el que conectará la corriente)
  * Comidas: a partir de finales de septiembre vamos a tener varios workawayers simultáneos. Si te gusta cocinar para todos: puedes encargarte de ir a comprar la comida (la tienda del pueblo abre muy poco), cocinarla según los requerimientos omnívoros-vegetarianos-veganos y de intoleracias (a la lactosa, a la fructosa, al gluten,..) y limpiar la cocina al acabar.
  * Transporte y materiales: Encontrar los materiales adecuados puede requerir un tiempo. La mayoría de materiales se pueden comprar por internet, pero a veces hay que ir a buscar alguno a los almacenes (los más próximos a 15 minutos en coche).
  
  Dinos si tienes vehículo propio.
  
  2. PERFIL TECNOLÓGICO: básicamente trabajando delante del ordenador
  
  Estamos preparando y desarrollando un portal de comunidad (Django-Python-Web3.py) donde poner en contacto a inventores con desarrolladores de proyectos y con donantes. Es un proyecto de software libre que queremos hacerlo con workawayers, así que el otro perfil que buscamos es el de programadores (uno de nosotros lo es, parcialmente), también para aprender juntos.
  
  Aunque los dos perfiles no son excluyentes, si tienes el perfil tecnológico sí que sería aquí hacer el grueso del trabajo diario, dejando momentos más relajados para hacer cosas de jardinería. De todas maneras en nuestro proyecto nos gusta trabajar sin estrés y con tiempo para pensar :)

  Busquem dos tipus de perfils (apart de passar un dia o dos amb workawayers que esten per la zona i vulguin venir a fer un cop d'ull, que per això sempre tenim temps 👍). Si us plau digues-nos a quina tasca o tasques et proposes:
  
  1. PERFIL GENÈRIC: ajuda per a adaptar els altres dos pisos i millorar tota la casa.
  
  Coneixements en qualsevol camp són benvinguts, encara que també es poden fer tasques que no requereixin molt de coneixement previ com pintar les parets o mantenir el jardí. Les tasques més necessàries són en fusteria, electricitat o fontaneria per a les que tenim certs coneixements i materials.
  
  * Construcció: preparar un terra i ajudar al nostre paleta professional
  * Fusteria: portes, vigues i posar anticorcs a totes les parts de fusta de la casa que encara no el tinguin
  * Jardineria: començar l'hort
  * Pintar: algunes parets amb pintura de calç ecològica
  * Lampisteria: arreglar un WC
  * Electricitat: tenim una bona xarxa elèctrica en 1 dels nostres 3 pisos, necessitem fer els altres 2 des de zero i el jardí (aquesta tasca se porta a terme totalment desendollats, així que no hi ha cap risc, un professional firmarà l'alta de les línias i serà ell el que conectarà la corriente)
  * Àpats: a partir de finals de setembre tindrem varis workawayers simultanis. Si t'agrada cuinar per a tots: pots encarregar-te d'anar a comprar el menjar (la botiga del poble obre molt poc), cuinar-la segons els requeriments omnívors-vegetarians-vegans i d'intoleracias (a la lactosa, a la fructosa, al gluten,..) i netejar la cuina al acabar.
  * Transport i materials: Trobar els materials adients pot necessitar un temps. La majoria de materials es poden comprar per internet, però a vegades s'ha d'anar a buscar algun als magatzems (els més propers a 15 minuts en cotxe).
  
  Digues-nos si tens vehicle propi.
  
  2. PERFIL TECNOLÒGIC: bàsicament treballant devant de l'ordinador
  
  Estem preparant et desenvolupant un portal de comunitat (Django-Python-Web3.py) on posar en contacte a inventors amb desenvolupadors de projectes i amb donants. És un projecte de programari lliure que volem fer-lo amb workawayers, així que l'altre perfil que busquem és el de programadors (un de nosaltres ho és, parcialment), també per a aprendre junts.
  
  Encara que els dos perfils no són excloents, si tens el perfil tecnològic sí que seria aquí fer el gruix del treball diari, deixant moments més relaxats per a fer coses de jardineria. De tota manera en el nostre projecte ens agrada treballar sense estrès i amb temps per a pensar :)

  We offer your own room. A large one, warm, sunny room in the cool months or a small, cool room with a north-facing window in the hot months. You could choose in the middle months 😉 We cook healthy mostly organic food. We are open to people with specific dietary needs such as intolerances or allergies.

  Ofrecemos tu propia habitación grande, cálida y soleada en los meses frescos o bien una habitación pequeña, fresca y con ventana a la cara norte en los meses calurosos. En los meses intermedios puedes escoger 😉 Cocinamos comida saludable, mayoritariamente ecológica. No es un problema si necesitas una dieta específica o tienes necesidades especiales como intolerancias o alergias.

  T'oferim tenir la teva pròpia habitació gran, càlida i solejada durant els mesos frescos o bé una habitació petita, fresca i amb finestra a la cara nord als mesos calorosos. Als mesos entremitjos pots escollir 😉 Cuinem menjar saludable, majoritàriament ecològic. Adaptem els àpats si necessites una dieta específica o tens necessitats especials com intoleràncies o aŀlèrgies.

  We want to accommodate workawayers who travel with their own campervan/motorhome! Just let us know a few weeks in advance so we can prepare the space for your vehicle.

  Possibilité d'accueillir les animaux

  Due to our current renovations we can only accept dogs again from April onwards (unless you have your own campervan as we can offer you a plot outside the house for you and your pet). Not cats because there are a lot in the street and we want to avoid they fight during the night disturbing the neighbors. Ask us for other pets.
