  Description

  Hello, we are a small family living in Kells, County Meath, Ireland. We live 5-10 mins walk to bus stop which will help you travel all over Ireland. We are just over 1 hour north of Dublin.
  We have now hosted 7+ Workaway’s since January 23, all of whom had a great time ( I can put you in contact with the girls ) and are interested in hearing from you if you are looking to stay with an Irish family for a short / long time. In return you will really take care of 95% of the daily housekeeping tasks and spend time with Mara after school and us after work. We are both working professionals & daughter is in school daily. It would be great if you also enjoy cooking family meals from time to time. We are an active family, in a busy house - always something happening and we have loved including our new friends while they have helped in many ways. You will generally have weekends to yourself to explore North & South! Thank you, Deborah.

  Happy for you to experience living with us, a typical Irish family. We are surrounded by lots of historical sites. You will have easy access to Dublin / airport etc.
  I speak Irish and am happy to share with you.
  My husband is very knowledgeable on history of our country.
  We have 2 cars and are happy to bring you with us where possible.
  We enjoy swimming in nearby lake in all seasons with wetsuits - you can use our bikes to get about daily.
  We are both well travelled and have lived abroad ourselves.

  As above - 5 /10 mins walk to bus stop in Kells. County Meath is rich with sites / attractions as is the whole country.
  Main expectation is that you appreciate we both work and have a child in house - so our home is quiet.
  There is no smoking in our home.
