  Description

  THIS WEBSITE IS MANAGED BY THE OLDEST STUDENTS 12 TO 14 YEARS OLD!
  
  So please be understandable that we might make grammar mistakes :D
  
  We are small independent boarding school located in south of Central Bohemia. We were founded in 2021 by couple of enthusiasts who deeply believe in freedom, equality and non-violent (educational) system. We are inspired by Summerhill, Marie Montessori, Jan Amos Komensky, Bill Plotkin, Peter Gray and many many others. Our school is not just a school, but also a community with its own small organic garden and many more (planned) projects.
  
  The students are aged from 7 to 15 and in school year 2023/2024 there are 27 of them. The school starts every week on Monday morning and ends on Wednesday afternoon. On Monday we have classic subjects (Math, Czech language and english) On Tuesday we do projects, everyone can choose the project that they will do. On Wednseday we have a choice of workshops that we can do ( We do them for aproximatly 3-5 weeks ) for example we did a bird house.

  Aide

  What are we looking for:
  - responsible, reliable and flexible people
  - communicative and open minded souls who are willing to share knowledge, time and energy
  - kids – friendly freedom lovers
  - with good English level (other languages are an adventage.
  
  The ability to communicate in English is essential, we do not accept native Czech speakers (for language reasons only :)
  
  Your primary responsibilities would be:
  - English tutorial sessions
  - leading small groups extra curricular activities
  - simply co-living with us in a friendly, talkative way :)
  
  We will encourage you to share your hobbies, skills and passions with students. Also learning about culture of your homeland will be highly appreciated. :)

  As a community, each member is interested in different things just as in different languages but we all share passion to teach our mother tongue.
• 

  Hébergement

  You will have your own room with a single bed. The bathroom and kitchen will be shared. Of course, you are welcome to use all the facilities at all times. We live in an old, reconctructed mill with a little garden and a nice pond right at our treshold. You can use our bikes to move around. All the (vegetarian) food will be provided.

  Autres infos...

  We are 2 km from the nearest village (shop, church, post,..). the nearest bigger town is about 10 km away but there is public transportation or we could give you lift when needed. We will be happy to show you around and introduce you to the beauties CZ offers (trips to Prague or elsewhere).
  
  Willingness and openness to adapt and respect new culture is important to us. It should go without saying that drugs are completely forbidden. Nor it is permitted to smoke inside. We also have intern rules for using technology devices during school days.
